Petite peur

Petite peur

It's not easy to overcome your fears!

At home, at school or in the woods, fear follows this little boy everywhere, like a little sister crying. Yet she has no chance, none against him. The child understands little by little that it is easier to accept his fear than to fight against it. What if living with one's fears made one stronger?

A text that addresses the strong theme of fear in its various forms. In her illustrations, Anne-Lise Boutin embodies fear in the black color that creeps into every scene, which is more or less present depending on the little boy's level of confidence.

"Petite peur" is available on Storyplay'r in an illustrated version, in an audio version narrated by french native storytellers. Thanks to our reading module, we can offer a reading aid for this story as well as for all the other ones, and tools for a dyslexic children adapted version.
