In 1938, in Nazi Germany, a strange narrator, a psychiatric patient, writes a diary, and to his mother. Through his words and daily observations, the narrator makes us feel that a tragedy is about to occur. The next euthanasia of mentally ill people for the gruesome program "T4". A brief and moving text illustrated in a cinematographic way. It makes us think about the silence allowing the worst mass crimes and, more generally, about "craziness".

Le livre a remporté le prix de littérature jeunesse de la Foire du livre de Brive-la-Gaillarde en 2010.
