We all know the Wizard of Oz, at least by name. This masterpiece of American Children's literature, studied in school and adapted in all kinds of media, is not that known in Europe. Since the 2000s, the French public rediscovers it through a beautiful adaptation. Beautifully illustrated by Jonathan Bousmar, following a script written by Jean-Sébastien Blanck, it not only tells the story of Dorothy and her friends in the Emerald City. It also talks about the Wonderful Country of Oz, the first of the 13 books by Lyman Frank Baum, the real saga that we'll later call the Oz Cycle.
