Your media library has subscribed to Storyplay’r, great! But now you need to consider it as a digital resource and promote and mediate it to your members. Do not panic, the Storyplay’r team has written an article to help you.
Our communication kit
First of all, we are providing a communication kit for all our subscribed media libraries. If you have not yet received this kit, please send us an email request, and we will be happy to send it to you: contact@storyplayr.com
In this kit, you will find posters, flyers, a presentation of Storyplay’r to send by email to your members, and our logo. We can also provide the paper version of the posters and flyers to make them available in your media library.
N.B: all of our posters and flyers are in French.
Subscription to local access
Storyplay’r is on the computers and/or tablets of your media library. Your members can:
– Read and listen to our almost 2000 children’s books and do activities around the books (comprehension quiz, mixed images…)
– Record their voice on the stories
– Access reading assistance (choice of font size, etc.).
As a librarian, you can organize:
– Read-aloud workshops in which children read aloud by recording their voices and listening to each other. These workshops can be done alone or with others. We also offer training around these workshops.
– Writing workshops during which children can invent texts, dialogues, and even situations attached to the images of our books without text in order to develop their imagination.
Find our books without text
– The story time by projecting books with or without their audio version. You can also show the paper book for an immersive experience!
Subscription to distance access
Storyplay’r is on your library’s portal. Your members can:
– Read and listen to our almost 2000 children’s books
– Do activities around books and use reading assistance.
As a librarian, you can access the Storyplay’r mediation features:
– Create a personalized book selection. When you are on a book’s page, click on the button « Add to bookmarks »
– Write a review of the books in our digital and audio library. Once saved, this review will be displayed to all your members
– Moderate the stories available on our platform with the blacklist tool. This tool allows you to hide any story you do not wish your users to read.
– Record your voice on the stories and share the narrations with your members by email or public link.
What about the social networks?
Do not hesitate to communicate on your social networks by creating a publication (or a story), by sharing our publications, and by mentioning us. We will be happy to read and share you back!

Share us on:
– Facebook: when you are on one of our publications, click on the button « Share » with the arrow. You only share our publication or you can also add text! Finally, click on « Share » and the publication will be published on the media library’s profile.
– Instagram: when you are on one of our publications, click on the icon « Send » next to the comment bubble. Then click on « Add a post to your story ». Finally, click on « Your story » at the bottom left. This way you can share our post in your story!
– Twitter: when you are on one of our tweets, you can like it by clicking on the heart icon, comment on it by clicking on the bubble icon, or retweet (share) it by clicking on the two arrows.
