The hills of the round earth
One evening, Moko was gazing at the horizon. The sun had woven thousands of different-colored rays, in a sky sprinkled with clouds.
He noticed, way off in the distance, what the elders called the 'Hills of the Round Earth'.
"Why do they speak of the round earth?" Moko asked himself. He wanted to know for sure, so he started walking towards the horizon.
On the way, an old man stopped him. "Where are you heading, young man? - I'm off to see if the earth is round."
The old man looked at him, and smiled. "Naturally, the earth is round!" "Take this path, it's the Road of Wisdom."Just follow it and, at the end of your long walk, you'll arrive back where you started, having circled it all."
Moko started down the Road of Wisdom. He walked for seven hundred days and slept for seven hundred nights, without ever leaving the path.
