Your students can use Storyplay’r in the classroom and also from home. Here, we’ll show you the different ways they can log in from school.
You have 2 solutions for your pupils to have access to Storyplay’r when they are in the classroom:
- Share the teacher’s account
- Use pupils access
Share the teacher’s account
When you are at school, you can share your account (email and password): your pupils will have access to the catalog.
Use outside of the school: be careful, the teacher account can not be used outside of the school (if your pupils try, they will be logged out automatically).
Easy for young children, this solution is advised if you always use the same material (tablet/PC), because it’ll stay logged in for a month (as long as you’re not manually logged out). Therefore, students will not have to manage the logging-in process.
Use pupils accounts
You can also create a personal account per pupil (as many as necessary for the reading challenge) and give it to them.
When these accounts are used at school, pupils have access to the catalog (not just the stories of the reading challenge).
You need to connect with your own teacher account to permit access. A connection with your teacher account certifies pupils are using Storyplay’r at school and they can access the catalog.
For an easier logging-in process for young pupils, you can create 1 student account, log in on all supports, and never log out. That way, pupils won’t manage the logging in and out.
Use outside of the school: pupils’ accounts can be used outside of the school, but pupils could just access the stories of the reading challenge and not the catalog.
